Shipping

We are just as excited as you are for your order. Please allow us time to process your order(s) to ensure that they're accurate to the information provided during check out. Our processing time is 2-3 business days.

For Incoming and Pre-Order items please be patient with us as your items are still being manufactured. Rest assured that we will have it at your store front in no time! 

Once the order has been shipped we will be emailing you a tracking number along with a notification. 

Returns

 All Claims MUST be made with in 5 DAYS of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact our Customer Service team at 1-213-763-6133 Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (PST). If we missed your call, email us at sales@bellaprincesscouture.com. They will be more than happy to assist you.
